In addition to this, we offer premium support which provides extended hours of support (08:00 - 22:00, Monday - Sunday), priority support resolution, proactive account monitoring, and monthly feedback sessions to provide feedback and suggestions.
To activate premium support, click on 'Settings' and then on 'Billing Info':
Next to Support Plan, click on 'Upgrade / Change':
Premium support costs an additional ZAR999.00 per month and gets added onto your monthly invoice automatically.
