When a customer completes a form, you can configure workflows within JotForm, or you can view the responses from within SalonBridge.
Click on 'My Business' and then on 'Forms':
Click on the menu icon to the right of the form and click on 'View Form Responses':
SalonBridge fetches new responses periodically, but if you want to fetch new responses manually, click on the 'Refresh' icon:
If a response has been linked to a client within your SalonBridge account, you will see their details appear under the 'Client Name', 'Client Mobile Number', and 'Client Email Address' columns.
To view the form response, click on the row you want to view:
