Your email address and password grants you access to the SalonBridge system. These are typically emailed to you upon signing up, or when being added as a user to an account.

If you misplace your login details, and cannot remember your password to log in, you can request a new password to be emailed to you.

1) Go to https://online.salonbridge.co.za in your internet browser. You will be shown the SalonBridge login screen:

2) Click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link:

3) Type in the email address that was used when creating your account, or user and click on ‘Reset Password’:

If you are unsure what your email address is, you can either ask your manager or contact support@salonbridge.co.za and request your email address.
